Red Harissa is a sauce that takes your breath away. A Moroccan fire like chilli paste that should be used with extreme paste that should be used with extreme caution. The complex flavour of harissa is the work of wonderful blend of spices that soothes this savage paste.

That perfect spice for adding depth and character to sauces, particularly mayonnaise, whipped butter, stews, soups, broths, vinaigrette, pasta and risotto. Also used as an accompaniment to couscous, rice pilaf, tagines, grills, roasts and sandwiches.
