Turkish chilli flakes are partially dried pepper from Gaziantep, Southern Turkey. It’s a darker, sweet-smoky flavoured chilli flake that is gently hot, 3 times less than a Cayenne pepper and wonderfully fragrant. It immediately brightens up any dish. Just sprinkle a bit over your kebabs, roast vegetables or a Turkish pizza. Mix with olive oil and dip your bread in, throw in sizzling butter and season soups, swirl into your dips for colour and sprinkles on eggs for an exotic treat.
